Apply For Project Funding For Up To £5000 To Improve Homeless Healthcare

Are you a community nurse who wants to make a positive difference for homeless people in your local area?

Do you want to manage a project to improve health service and access for vulnerable people?

Do you want to develop your leadership skills?

If so, the QNI is offering you the opportunity to apply for up to £5000 to develop a project to improve healthcare for the homeless.  Alongside the funding, you will also be able to attend workshops to support you through the project year to help develop leadership skills.

Applications will be accepted between May and September 2017, for projects to run during 2018.
